Product Overview:
This line is primarily designed for producing electric-welded steel pipes with diameters ranging from 60 to 165 mm and wall thicknesses of 2.0 to 6.0 mm. It can also produce square, rectangular, and special-shaped pipes within the range of round pipes. By adding necessary equipment, it can subsequently produce API 5L pipe. This production line was designed and manufactured by integrating similar equipment from both domestic and international sources, taking into account my country's national conditions, and through bold innovation and extensive consultation with users. It boasts economical, reliable, and stable operation.

Electronic Control System:
The automatic system operates using a Mitsubishi PLC.
The walking beam uses a Yaskawa variable speed drive (VFD) imported from Japan to control the stepping speed.
The main control cabinet includes a PLC, VFD, and relay control system.
The electrical components are imported Schneider, with a 56mm diameter lead screw from Hiwin.

Clamping System: The clamping shoe adopts an asymmetrical design. The lower clamping shoe is designed at 120 degrees to ensure accurate flattening of the pipe. The upper clamping shoe is designed at 60 degrees for better clamping. Stepper system: The stepper system adopts a counterweight design and a double gear box structure. Frequency conversion speed regulation achieves fast stepping to meet various pipe flat head speed requirements.

3. Φ165mm Double-Station Hydraulic Press
Overview
This equipment is located in the finishing section of a straight seam steel pipe production line and is used for offline hydraulic testing of straight seam welded steel pipes. Its technical level meets the ASTM standard for hydraulic testing of steel pipes. The press comprises a process flow consisting of flushing, conveying, clamping, pressure testing, pressure holding, and evacuation. The operation is controlled by a PLC, offering high efficiency, stability, and easy maintenance.

4. Process Flow:
Quantitatively loaded pipes → To the flushing station → Roller conveyor → Flushing → Pipe end alignment → Chain bed moves at fixed intervals to the hydraulic press center → Fixed and movable test heads extend to seal both ends of the pipe → Clamp → Fill with low-pressure water and exhaust → Close flush and exhaust valves → Pressurize → Maintain pressure → Pressure relief → Fixed and movable test heads retract → Clamp and release → Pipe delivery → Lift and lower to empty water → Quantitatively pump out → Next cycle.
